“Occupy Your Body.” Because no matter how smart we are, we live on earth. We need to experience our bodies fully to express ourselves fully.

I use my hands, training, and natural energies to ignite integration of body, mind, spirit. I am a Certified Rolfer, a speaker and writer, spirit medium, Crystal Healer and Goofball.

I write and draw so I can slow down, and
call the world on its sh*t—Especially mine.
